Description

A vigorous blend, this tea can be boiled in a cast-iron pot over the campfire and doused in milk and still stand up with that quintessential flavour of the outback. You can almost taste the quondong!

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.

Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
