Description
A mild tea and one of the finest produced in China, this tea has a sharp tap when it hits your tongue that immediately softens and warms with a faint sweetness as you swallow.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.
Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
