Description
Immediately taste the natural oils from this black tea and unmistakable hibiscus like flavour. Rather than sweet, it has a light, smoky flavour across the top that could go very well with an after dinner mint.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or 1 heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Option: use half as much and brew for twice as long. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
