Description
For Darjeeling lovers this Red Thunder is the choice for the discerning. The floral essence at its heart warms through the tannins and bops you on the nose like a fresh spring bloom. One of our finest blends, it won't dissapoint.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.
Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
