Consistent with African and Ceylon Broken Orange Pekoe, a Scotsman’s Breakfast is more’n brewed porridge. This full-bodied tea sparkles in your mouth and has the aroma of freshly baked bread.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.
Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
