The flavour of this organic Australian grown sencha tea is very different to our China green sencha tea.

The unique Australian soil, rain and sunshine gives this tea a unique nutty flavour with a slight tannin note.

Carefully selected for its perfect tea growing properties, this tea is cultivated in the pristine North Eastern region of Victoria, Australia.

Australia is not traditionally a tea growing country, but this pocket was discovered as perfect tea producing country and was established back in 1993.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 2 - 4 min.

Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
