The sprightly carnation, full of ruffles, emerges from the centre of the ball, releasing only the slightest perfume to an otherwise pure white tea.
Boil fresh water to 80ºc.
Place one ball into a 6 cup glass teapot, fill with boiled water, and watch the artisan tea open and reveal its beautiful flowers.
Infusion time: 5 - 10 min.
Top up the teapot and re-infuse up to 3 times.
