This stormy brew reminds us of a wine dark sea. Ripe leaves are picked from the lower parts of the Camellia Sinensis plant, roasted and smoked. It’s gruff with charm and spice.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.
Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
