How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80°c. Add 1/2 a level teaspoon for a cup, or a teaspoon for a pot.

Infusion time: 30 seconds. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
