T BAR have taken this flask into the cold brew tea world. Follow these steps below to blow your mind with a Immunity citrus cold tea brew infusion.

1. Unscrew the lid
2. Fill the bottle 3/4 full with spring or filtered room temperature water.
3. Put 1 of your favourite T BAR herbal tea bag into the bottle and have the string & tag hanging from the neck of the bottle
4. Screw the lid not super tight, enough to secure the tag from going into the water.
5. Refrigerate over night.
6. In the morning you will now have a cold brew herbal T BAR tea.
7. Remove out of the fridge in the morning.
8. Remove the lid and remove the T BAR tea bag and put into your compost recycle bin.
9. Turn upside down with the juicer section now on the top.
10. Unscrew, but before you do so make sure the water level is below the band where it says "citruszinger" exposing the juicer.
11. Now juice in as much of a lemon, orange or lime as you desire.
12. Re-screw the clear juicer cover tightly.
13. Shake a little and take with you in your car, jog, bike ride or to work.
