How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80°c.

Add 1 level teaspoon for a cup, or a heaped teaspoon for a pot.

Infusion time: 2 - 4 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
