How to Brew:

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 teabag to your cup or mug. Can be bitter (which is all the goodness) so infuse 5 - 10 minutes then remove the 100% bio-degradable silken pyramid tea bag.

A cloudy clear infusion. You can see the hemp oil floating on top of the infusion, that's where all the goodness is. Has a palatable soft nutty flavour. You could tear the teabags open and also eat the husk seeds once infused.
