The name given literally for the shape of the leaf resembling that of a finely plucked & formed ladies eyebrow. A fine, tangy aroma with a slight sweetness.

How to Brew

Infuse in boiled water 80°C for 2-3 mins

Remove the leaves from the water to ensure the infusion is smooth, not bitter.

If too strong pour away the first brew, re-infuse then enjoy the milder second brew.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
