How to Make

Method:

Use the tip of a bamboo Chashaku measuring spoon or just a 1/4 of a teaspoon of pure Organic Matcha powder into your Chawan Matcha bowl filled with boiled water (approx 70degrees C.)

Using the Chasen Bamboo whisk, you can then rapidly move your wrist back and forth across the water's surface in order to achieve a frothy, mixed consistency.
