A little bit well-to-do, Prince of Wales Black tea is best served alongside a polo match. The delicate flavour and sweetness of the blackcurrant goes well with Devonshire tea.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.

Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
