Swapping the caffeine for chocolate is a bit of a trick. Full cream chocolate chips are blended with a decaffeinated Ceylon tea to render a cheeky little imbibe with a stimulating chocolate flavour. You'd never know it's decaf!

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.

Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
