How to Make

Method:

Use the bamboo Chashaku measure spoon or just a 1/4 of a teaspoon of pure Organic Matcha powder into your Chawan bowl filled with boiled water (70degrees C.)

Using the Chasen whisk, you can then rapidly move your wrist back and forth across the water's surface in order to achieve a frothy, mixed consistency.
