A pure tea from the Yunnan district, this pu-erh tea cannot help but be decadent. From the birthplace of tea in China its steamy aroma may remind you of yum cha and the gentle flavour of lotus leaf.

Oxidized twice, Pu Erh tea has benefits that include weight loss, prevents cardiovascular disease, lowers cholesterol, great for bone density and quickens the metabolism just to list afew!

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc. Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
