The story goes that this tea was originally grown in high altitudes that only monkeys could access. Definitely picked by humans now, we still love its cheeky personality and dapper green infusion.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 2 - 4 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
