From a special tea region, this Darjeeling has a beautiful amber colour and faint fragrance that hints towards its sweetness. There’s a sparkle in the cup that carries on into your mouth.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
