The pacific islands never tasted so good. A bit of a fruit bundle, this blended black tea combines exotic papaya, mango, heather and sunflower blossoms making you feel lighter on your toes.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc. Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
