Benefits

Rosehip tea is like a superhero potion! Packed with vitamin C, it's claimed to boost your immune system and work on adding natural collagen to your diet.

Rosehips contain various compounds, such as polyphenols and anthocyanins, that possess anti-inflammatory properties. These compounds can help reduce inflammation in the body, potentially benefiting conditions related to inflammation.

Antioxidant-rich: Rosehips are a rich source of antioxidants, which help protect the body against oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Antioxidants are crucial for maintaining cell health, supporting cardiovascular function, and potentially preventing chronic diseases.

Immune system support: Due to its high vitamin C content, rosehip tea can contribute to a healthy immune system. Vitamin C aids in the production of white blood cells, which play a crucial role in defending the body against infections and illnesses.

Potential pain relief: Some studies suggest that rosehip tea may possess analgesic properties, providing relief from pain. This could be beneficial for individuals with inflammatory conditions, joint discomfort, or arthritis. Hydration: Like other herbal teas, rosehip tea can serve as a hydrating beverage, contributing to your daily fluid intake. Staying properly hydrated is important for overall well-being and bodily functions.

Skin therapy: Rosehips naturally contain collagen and collagen is needed to maintain a healthy skin barrier and clear pores. It can help fade old acne scars and prevent scarring. As an added benefit, rosehip tea is also a great source of Vitamin A (retinol), which is also necessary to clear up acne. Infuse Rosehip tea and add to your daily skincare routine either digesting it or applying topically to your face - once it has cooled of course!!

Say bye-bye to inflammation, pain, and dryness with this fabulous brew!
