Opening the box will switch on all the senses. Smells absolutely delicious, tastes even better. Every time we drink it we seem to find new inspiration for describing its flavour. Right now, we’re thinking of mango lassies on the beach.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 2 - 4 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
