Black tea from the Daintree region gets busy in a mixer with the classic Australian flavour of Lemon Myrtle. A simple and honest blend, we really enjoy the lingering aftertaste of the myrtle.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.

Black tea (camellia sinensis), Australian lemon myrtle leaves.
