Hand-rolled white tea encases three amaranth flowers that rise from the ball on a thread of cotton. A delicate flavour and a truly sentimental experience.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80ºc.

Place one ball into a 6 cup glass teapot, fill with boiled water, and watch the artisan tea open and reveal its beautiful flowers.

Infusion time: 5 - 10 min.

Top up the teapot and re-infuse up to 3 times.
