Meaning ‘South of the clouds’, this tea has a little more sweetness than other Chinese varieties. The wet climate where it’s grown keeps the tea earthy without masking the aromatic and tender taste.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
