Monks is a popular blend of green and black teas, which takes hints from jasmine blossoms and sweet pieces of vanilla. A perfumed pot that reminds us of teenage romance.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
