Awarded ‘Tea of the Emperor’ the flavour arrives with a bit of pomp and ceremony. However, rather than blaring trumpets, it has a smooth and subtle sweetness and is one of China’s top ten teas.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 80ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 2 - 4 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
