Also known as Buddha’s Tears, this cleansing tea is lovingly rolled by hand into balls that unfurl upon infusing. The elegant and delicate process gives this tea a subtle and pure flavour.
Boil fresh water to 80ºc.
Add 3 pearls for a cup, or 6 pearls for a pot and watch them unravel.
Infusion time: 5 min.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
