The unbroken leaves of the Orange Pekoe leave an unmistakable, yet faint cinnamon flavour in your mouth. A delicately smooth tea with a floral nose and a tiny bit of tangelo on the tongue will have you wanting more.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.
Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
