Iwaki of Japan 640ml "Jumping Teapot" with Black Lid

You can tell when a product comes from Japan, and this glass teapot has a unique Japanese style.

Named for the rounded bowl shape which allows the tea leaves to jump whilst brewing and therefore imparting a richer, deeper flavour (gotta love the Japanese translation/description of the leaves jumping).

Incorporated is a fine stainless steel mesh filter in the lid to catch all the tea leaves when pouring out brew into cups. The mesh strainer can be removed from the lid for easy cleaning
