Rooibos herbal infusion is created from the dried leaves of a broom like bush grown in South Africa. Beneath the dry leaf taste there’s a silken quality that gently weaves its thread across your tongue and tantalizes your taste-buds. A golden honey flavour will delight.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp to a cup, or 1 heaped tsp to a pot.

Infusion time: 5 - 10 min.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
