A fun herbal tea that brings out the inner kid and that kids themselves may well enjoy. The spicy flavour of cinnamon gets along well with ginger and cardamom pods, putting you in the mood to play.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp to a cup, or 1 heaped tsp to a pot.

Infusion time: 5 - 10 min.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.

*Not recommended if suffering from gall stones, gall bladder disorders, stomach ulcers or peptic ulcers.

Lemon balm, ginger, cinnamon quills, cloves, cardamom pods, hawthorn berries. Caffeine free.
